Peyton Bosco Orsi

Peyton was born and raised in Northern Kentucky, and she is proud to care for the children and families in the community that she has always called home. She is a double board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner–Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Spanish from Centre College before completing a Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University, where she trained as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She went on to earn a post-master's certification as a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern Kentucky University.

She focuses on the mental and behavioral health of children and adolescents. Her background in primary care gives her a broad, whole-child perspective that informs how she approaches psychiatric care—recognizing that emotional well-being is deeply connected to overall health. She believes the best care happens through partnership with families, and she is committed to being a trusted, familiar presence for the patients and parents she serves. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, attention concerns, or other mental or behavioral health needs, her goal is the same: to listen carefully, treat the whole person, and help every child in her care grow up healthy and thriving.
